1) Almost zero refined sugar and refined carbohydrate like bread, pasta, flour and etc. 2) More water 3) Vegetable and Animal food from organic source ( organic egg or vege) 4) Essential fatty acids (omega 3, 6, 9) Good luck |

Thanks Tropicality, I did a 24 hour fast but drank water this weekend and felt great ever since, I have decided to do a fast a week. It was great to give my body a rest from my regular diet. I also find days after the fast my body actually craves healthy food and much, much less salt. Thanks for the article it was exactly what I needed to see. Thanks Tabs |
