Hi.. I'm new here and was really drawn in by the posts on water fasting. I know it's a touchy subject with a lot of people because it sounds so dangerous and so on. That and juice fasting or whatnot. Anyhow,I just wanted to share really quick what the whole detox prosess has done for me personally, that and switching over to a healthy eating plan that does not include sugar while not fasting. I started off just wanting to lose weight, but found out the other benefits were far more incredible in my opinion. My skin complection cleared right up, I look years younger, my hair is the best it's ever been.. I and just feel like a new person inside and out. I know there are alot of naysayers when it comes to the whole fasting/cleansing approach .. but I just wanted to show the differerence it made in me. Especially for those wanting to give it a try for themselves. I've posted my progress pics in my blog if you'd like to check them out, I hope they inspire and encourage someone even though I have a ways to go yet.
