Basically it was starting off with an many pressups you can do using strict form. Then to turn round and lie on your back, grab a pair of dumbells and go straight into fly's using the floor as a limitation to save your shoulder muscles. Push until almost near failure and then go straight into pressing until you can move no more. Looks quite good actually,
