I've become a huge fan of yoga in the last year (planning to teach my first class by year's end!). One of the things that several of my yoga teachers often talk about is "creating space within the body." In other words, lengthening within poses so as to decompress the spine, improve posture, etc. Additionally, I've heard of some other things like rolfing, the Alexander technique, etc. that help people get taller (or at least appear taller) by improving structure, etc. I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions here. "More yoga" is definitely in my future but if there are other ways to help push this along I'd love to hear them!
