I did try increasing salt, it doesnt really do much. please if anyone has any advice id love to hear.. ive been seen by my doctor and he doesnt know how to treat it because we arent sure whats causing it, but a lot of tests have been ran Last edited by PureMoon; 04-29-2011 at 02:31 AM. |

My wife is having the same issue. Very low blood pressure and the docs are not much help at all. My wife's bp is generally in the mid 80's over mid 60's. We are experimenting with all sorts of natural ways to increase it but haven't found anything yet that does the trick. How much water are you consuming a day? Let me know if you have found any solutions since you posted. Thanks! Nathan |

Have you ever tried the ginseng ?? it's a natural herb commonly used as memory enhancer, physical and mental adaptogen It's available in many pharmaceutical preparartions .Its common side effect is elevation of blood pressure when you use it over long periods. I got benefit from this side effect and my B.p started to improve by time |
