Default To my Fellow Endomorphs

What has worked for you? What do you guys do to lose weight/maintain a good weight and stay fit?

I've heard that endomorphs are carb-sensitive. I'm trying to find out a good plan for weight loss because I've been trying out different ways for some time and I have yet to find something really effective.


Details about what I do

BTW I am vegan.

Currently, I do a preset program (it's interval training) on the treadmill for 40 min. every morning, resistance training with resistance bands every other day (biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, abs), gym/gym class (once a week), and dance practice 30 min. a day.

My diet is
Breakfast - high fiber multi-grain flakes with raisins and light soy milk
Snack - carrot/apple/banana
Lunch - whole wheat bread with lettuce, avocado, and mustard or with sprouts
Snack - salad with salsa and avocado or more fruit
Dinner - lentil soup or whole wheat roti and basically boiled beans (mung, garbanzo, kidney) with spices.

thats all you eat?? and exercise too you got to lose weight!

have a early dinner, drinks lots of water and find things to do that make you feel happier. From examples I've seen, these are necessary to lose weight.

I drink lots of water, exercise but not regularly and do not have a diet plan. consequently I have a stable weight, although on the higher side. Reading your plan serves as a good wake-up call for me....I need to get a plan together tooo ....sooon.. to get in shape!!
