Hi guys, I am searching for bottled water which contains NO fluoride. I may be taking the easy way out asking here but I thought it's most efficient rather than searching for hours on the internet since I've done a little research and have came up empty handed. So, I'm looking for a bottled water withOUT any fluoride contained. Anybody know of a brand with NO fluoride? Thank you.

I contacted Arrowhead a while back, and they said they don't fluoridate their spring water unless the customer requests it. That's for the delivery service. Sparkletts told me they fluoridate their water by default. Fluoride is naturally occurring, however, so even spring water that isn't fluoridated will contain some. |

I've come across the argument for / against flouride a few times now, most notably on the 'Freedom Force International' website. At first I thought, OMG, I have to try to cut down on it or eliminate it completely. Yet the thing is, that is seriously impractical. Then I set to reasoning. There are a lot of things that can potentially do us harm in life. when I was a kid for instance the playgrounds never had protective flooring. Therefore if I fell off the top of the climbing frame I'd either break my neck or subconsciously have to make sure I didn't. There was much more risk, yet we managed that risk and just dealt with it, and that in itself gave us our immunity to it. Another great example is that I seem to have developed the ability to heal my own teeth without needing to go to the dentist. I've had this for a few years now. I have a jaw that whilst can open perfectly well enough to eat and talk and so on, in terms of opening wide for a dentist I am limited to about half what is normal. This means that any dentist appointment is so much more awkward and forcing my mouth open to such a degree, the strain on my jaw muscles, is agony. So the ability to heal my own teeth whenever there is a problem has evolved as a response to this. Several times now I have had toothache that has persisted for about a fortnight then dissapeared. All I have done is 'believe' that the prospect of going to the dentist was worse, and believe that self healing was possible. Also a few of my fillings have fallen out over this time, leaving in my case a healed tooth underneath. I feel it's the same with the flouride argument. Flouride will only do you harm if you 'believe it will'. Personally I would say that it is more important to develop the immunity to it so that you don't have to avoid it in the first place. For those of you in the US it also surely would be a plus in terms of your health insurance. |
