Default Case of the burps

I have a lot of gas in my stomach and it's been this way for almost a year. I've gone vegan but it's been two months and the burps keep coming. Am i just too impatient or something? I've tried taking digestive emzymes but the burps are still there. What can I do? HELP!

Could be the way you are swallowing. Even if it's just saliva during the day.

Hiatus hernia maybe?

I have it whenever I eat to fast... you could try eating very slow on purpose, with lots and lots of chewing.

Also drinking water (or anything) while eating seems to make it worse...

Try probiotics.

Intestinal function can affect stomach gas.

I burp if I drink a carbonated beverage. Food combining has been de-emphasized since it does not affect everyone. but maybe it affects you. Do you make sure to eat fruit only on an empty stomach and then wait 15 minutes before eating other foods?

If not the gas could be caused by the fruit reacting with the other foods in your stomach. The theory is that fruits are pre-digested and will pass through an empty stomach in 15 minutes while other foods will be in there for hours.

They had found that in some people certain combinations of other foods cause digestive problems. So you can learn about food combining and see if that helps. These people say that eating fruit with other foods causes fermentation of the fruit and that would produce carbon dioxide which is added to carbonated drinks. Wiki. says:
Fermentation in food processing typically is the conversion of carbohydrates to alcohols and carbon dioxide or organic acids using yeasts, bacteria, or a combination thereof, under anaerobic conditions.
Also it is suggested that for proper digestion drink all that you want before you eat. But then during the meal and for an hour afterward, do not drink any liquids so you do not interfere with the acids in the stomach. I follow the above with fruit and drinking liquids and only burb if I drink a carbonated beverage.

I'm thinking maybe excess gas can be caused by excessive masturbation.

I felt like I was probably over doing masturbation at some point but I'm working on it now.

I think the most ironic thing of all is that I never WANTED to start masturbation, ever. I just accidently started it about 2 years ago. lol

It's been known that some vegetables, like cabbage for instance, produce quite a lot of gas. You might want to check up on all the different veggie you eat.

Look, whoever runs these threads, (mods or whatever) just delete this thread. It's not needed anymore and it's just taking up space.
