When your body needs food, it get's hungry, but if your body miss some specific vitamine or something, it doesn't tell you that, so you don't eat the right things you need, shouldn't we MANIFEST automatically what our bodies need somehow?

Hi Dave, Actually, the body does tell us when it is deficient in nutrients - it just doesn't tell us in ways that we may immediately recognize. For instance, people who are low in iron often crave ice. Yes, ice! I think we each receive plenty of valuable information through our bodies (emotions, symptoms, hunches, observations.) However, we disregard much of this information because its meaning isn't immediately obvious to us. And, for what it's worth, I once read that the leader of the Breatharians (a group who maintain that it is possible to live solely on air) was caught eating a Twinkie! Food for thought... Inedia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I like food too much to ever join! Tui __________________ mental mosaic - pick up your pieces; make something pretty

Hmm while an interesting view I believe thats not how manifestation works. It is not automatic. It requires that you conciously/unconciously choose an outcome. Unless you are unconciously choosing to live a vibrant healthy lifestyle your body would not manifest what vitamins you need. However, even if that was your unconcious view things are manifested in the most subtle forms. Example: My intention is to gain muscle mass. I focus on that intention with great energy. As I begin to focus more on my intention it will change circumstances around me. So I am fired from my job as a real estate broker and I must look for work. I try and find a new job but I am contiually denied. Until I find a job as a construction worker. My intention was not to change jobs, my intention was to gain muscle mass, however, the easiest way for me to gain muscle mass would be to work in construction. In the same way if my intention is to become very healthy then it would most likely manifest as a vitamin rich food anyways. We do not manifest "magical" solutions, we manifest practical solutions that fit within our beliefs of reality. It would shake the foundations of your reality if a creature could survive without food, so nutrition will almost always be manifested as food in your reality.
