Face exercises will not cause fat to be lost from your face. There is no such thing as spot reducing. In other words, when you exercise or diet weight is lost collectively from your body. Not just in the legs for example, if you're a runner. As your bodyfat decreases, your face will lose some of its fat as well. "I am exercising regularly. But no change in the face structure." I am assuming what you say as exercising here is not face exercises. Keep on doing that and have a good diet and you will see results not only on your face but on your whole body. |

Thanks.. That is really motivating... I am going to Gym for the past 3 months. 4-6 days per week. It had made miracles on my body structure. Even my trainer wondered to see such effects so early. But my face structure remained same. Thats why asked the doubt. Anyhow I will wait for another 3 months and check the results. |

In most people, face fat is the last to go, so it may be quite some time if you have a lot to lose. In fact, many people don't lose their double-chin until after they've already gotten some good abdominal definition (a six pack). So don't worry about it. If you keep losing fat and without losing muscle, you'll get rid of that double-chin and wide cheeks eventually.
