| People who choose to drink wine for their health (or at least use that as their excuse) would do well to know how to make sure the healthy elements are actually there. After a regular bottle of wine has been opened, the resveratrol is oxidized after a few hours, and of course the flavor can rapidly change as well. Hence one can either open a new bottle each day, use a nice box wine which can stay good for weeks (due to it being in a bag that shrinks as the wine exits, and the hole is at the bottom, so little oxygen gets in), or spray inert nitrogen into the bottle after use to replace the oxygen that would have filled the bother otherwise.
