Not sure if anyone has already posted something about this, besides the vegan diet thread. But I am doing a research proposal for psychology on the correllation between diet and dreams. Does anyone happen to know of any good studies that have been done or anything? All I seem to find on the internet are dream interpretations or dream diets..... Thanks!!! |

A few months ago, I read an interview with an ex-football player, a real tough guy, called Romo. He claims that "mag loading" (taking a magnesium supplement before bed) made his dreams vibrant and easy to remember. Here's a link about it: MAG LOADING WITH ROMO Population Statistic I haven't tried it... The B6 connection to dream recall is fairly well known. I remember reading a study in which poor dream recall was considered an indicator for depression, since B6 deficiency and depression often go hand in hand. Maybe you can find something about that. (Seems as though stress would also diminish dream recall if there's a B vitamin correlation.) Good luck with your research, Cookie Lee!
