I guess we probably sweat a fair bit, but really, just going eight hours without drinking anything ought to make anyone thirsty. I probably have a cup of water, at least, every hour I'm awake.

I am often more than ready for eggs first thing in the morning (and occasionally will endulge), but at least 94% of the time I am with the people who like to eat fruit at that time, vitamixed smoothies or otherwise. Fruit, herbal tea and protein powder, keeping it digestively simple until lunchtime at which point i delight in eggs or other heavier foods.
