Speaking of climate change, a lot of people say that sleep comes easier if you cool your room down -- open a window or two.

Also I highly recommend hypnosis - it works really well not just for getting sleep, but also for shifting your sleep schedule.

I should try self-hypnosis. I was able to be hypnotized by someone else once.
