I recently started a new blog that will detail my progress in personal development. By taking on a new challenge every month I will hopefully move to becoming a more complete and satisfied person. This month I started with the challenge of running everyday for the month of April. Hopefully someone who reads this will follow my blog as I am sure I will be more encouraged with the more visitors I get. I have a pile of topics in mind for the future which I just listed on the site.
