Default What's Your New Year Resolution?

It's that time of year again when resolutions are being made (and hopefully kept lol)... What are your fitness goals for the New Year?

In 2011...
I intend to jog for 5km without stopping
(I can currently jog for just 1km without stopping)

I intend to give up Chocolate & Lollies
(13 days in and going strong! It's so much easier to just quit something cold turkey than try moderation...)

Nice, that's awesome! I'm still working on my resolutions for the 2001 New Year! LOL jk!

One thing that I've struggled with and have been working on is better time management. Learn how to incorporate better nutrition - not only for myself but for my family as well. Also, make a designated time to work out as opposed to working out when I'm able to.
