I'm inspired by The 4-Hour Body to finally train for a marathon; something I've wanted to do for a long time. Now, I've never been to a gym, and the training plan schedules lots of gym exercises. My question: Can I start straight away with week one, or do I need any other preparation before I start? Thanks, Lich |

It also says he was required some stats before the start, which he did not meet. The weights in the training plan are obviously too heavy for me, since I've never trained in a gym regularly. I don't really know what weights to use. | |
