I am wondering the same thing today, so I'll bump this ancient topic. I tried the protein one today. It was really good (albeit very 'chalky'), seemed like a good way to get some extra protein and calories, and was affordable with my college meal plan. But the sugar...that's where I started questioning it. What do you know about it? If you recommend it, how much and often? |
