| Today I ran my first 15-mile run. I often run 5 miles at a time but have never ventured into this kind of distance. At this rate, the marathon is looking like a very good possibility. If I can conquer a 15-mile run I can surely conquer life's little challenges.

| That's true, the emotional high of running is much more powerful than the pain. The runner's high is like no other, but sometimes the endorphins don't kick in until the 5th or 6th mile.
