| BODYROCK.tv | Fitness Advice, Workout Videos, Health & Fitness | Bodyrock.tv It's an amazing website. Am I allowed to share it around here? All the workouts that are being posted up each day are not taking a lot of time, are quite intense and give results. It made me think again about the 'I don't have enough time to work out' excuse. They're up to 20 minutes. Plus diet tips, recipes, and all kind of healthy stuff. It's worth checking out! I've been following the workouts for a week. Feeling really good :] And starting to SEE results. And the best part? Everything is free! I hope you all have a nice weekend! Stay healthy. P.S - I've been having a bulimic behavior for over one year and I found this while looking for a way to try to replace some of the things I was doing that damaged my body (laxative abuse, starving, binging, and when I had the time, over exercising) I've just got my blood test results recently and my magnesium and calcium levels are really low because of everything I have done. I'm on the right path now though, and kept under supervision. Thank you everyone who encouraged me in my last thread.I took your advice and went to see a specialist. |

It looks like good information and that is allowed to be shared here. Keep in mind that on The Doctors Show with 5 MDs they said that it was important to have a strong core (midsection) but don't be concerned with a 6-pack abs since a lot of that is genetics.
