I've read the blog post here and most of the links/posts about bi-phasic sleeping. What I'm wondering is this: How far apart do the two cycles have to be? Right now I'm sleeping from 11:00pm until between 6:45 and 7:15. Could I do my "nap" from 11:00 to 12:30, get up for 90 minutes and then do my "core" sleep from 2:00 until 6:30? I know this wouldn't make sense for a lot of people, particularly due to transition time between sleeping and wakefulness, but for me that's not really an issue. I'd use the extra time to meditate, do yoga or some light reading. What do you guys think? If no one has any idea, I can just try it, but I'd love to hear your input. Ben PS. This is also my first post on the forums. Just signed up today. |
