Default Simplefit: Simple, Effective, and Fun Fitness

Howdy -- been a while since I've posted... but I ran across Simplefit.org and thought that some of you might be interested. I've started their workout routine (currently on the second week) and am really enjoying it. Have a look if you're interested. Hope all is well!

Default Looks like a fun routine

This is the perfect kind of thing for those people that use the "not enough time" excuse. Its also a great one for people that can not get to or dont want to get to a gym.

This is the kind of thing we used to do in the army when we were out in the field away from the gym and it works. Great for those that travel alot too. You can do it anywhere.
