Nutrition pitiful 4/10

Activity fairly good 7/10

Sleep well, don't drink much, etc. 8/10

I eat rubbish all the time and 30Kg overweight because of it, but I'm also very active. I think my greatest strength is that I adapt well to exercise.

Nutrition 8/10

Although I am still trying to figure out the best diet for me, I never eat fast food, limit of cakes/cookies/chips, no HFCS, only drink water, juice, green tea, and mostly organic. Most of the reason why its only an eight is because of limited finances and not having the money to buy all organic and expensive herbs and drinks. Another percentage is having the self control to not eat sweets or salty snacks.

Physical activity:

6.5/10

Since I am naturally thin and my diet is causing me to lose weight, I am not going to the gym as much. On average, I make it to the gym twice a week. I definitely could go more and it can be hard to have motivation when you are thin!

Nutrition: 8/10
Physical activity: 6/10

I am actually working on this a lot right now. I have started running/jogging at least 10 minutes a day and have been training Aikido twice a week plus daily stretching and push-ups, and I stand a lot at work. I don't feel like I'm in great shape yet, and this daily jogging hasn't been long enough yet, so that's why I give myself 6. If I keep up daily running for a month and get 20 or 30 minutes a day, then I think I will feel great. I don't think I'm ever going to give myself a 10 because I just don't care enough about it, but I'd like to reach 9. Also, a lot of times I still sit too much. I am a little worried about when I move out of here and don't have a gym, how I am going to keep it up. It sucks in the dead of winter and in the summer... last summer was awful.

Nutrition, I am dropping processed foods, sweets, eating more fruits and veggies and multivitamins. It's causing me to eat less calories and making muscle gain slower, but all-in-all I think it's actually healthier.

Nutrition is 10. Other lifestyle habits like sleep is between 9 and 10. Exercise is around 6. I need to do more cardio type exercise, resistance training and stretching.

Many years ago my exercise level was 10+, with a nutrition rating of 3.

Nutrition: 7/10
I don't eat any junk food but my improvements can be made with milk, chicken, fish, nuts and vegetables. I want to exchange homogenized milk with whole milk from someone who produces little milk and takes extra care of his/her cows. I want to exchange the mass production chicken with free range chicken. I want to exchange herring with salmon. I want to exchange peanuts with a mix of nuts. I want to start eating a lot of different vegetables (right now I only eat cabbage). All of these changes can be made once my finances become better. Until then I think I'm pretty close to maximizing my nutrition.

Physical activity: 7/10
I lift weights pretty intensively four times per week and walk/run/swim one or two other days. However, I want to add more walking into all of my days. At least an hour or so walking every day. I'm also planning to start lifting weight twice a day three times per week in the new year. Also I want to start using bicycle to get to work and elsewhere in the city. I want my lifestyle to be completely free of vehicles.

Other lifestyle aspects: 8/10
- No alcohol.
- No smoking.
- Very little stress because of my mentality.
- I would probably benefit from some more Vitamin D from the sun because we have very little sunlight her apart from the summer.
- Perhaps a little more sleep on some days would do good for me. Normally I get enough though.
- Some massage, doctor appointments and taking care of skin could be helpful.
- Spending more time in the nature would be great.
- A lot less time at the computer would be also very beneficial.

Lots of things to improve. Have to do them gradually.

I'd probably rate around the same here. I've made a lot of improvements the past year, but there's still more to do.

Right I feel I should be lifting weights 3 times weekly & cardio sixty min 6x week.

I'm doing that and still dieting so I'd say 9 and10 respectively. I have good diet willpower. To make cardio a ten I have to get back to MMA classes.

lifestyle I'm not sure about until I'm off the crappy antidepressant venaflaxine and then off suboxone.
And I need a new computer keyboard.

Copy&pasting certain letters is cramping my lifestyle.

Nutrition: quite good, although it could still be improved. Ideally I'd like to introduce even more produce in my diet. Prep time is holding me back!

Physical activity: my heart is probably at its healthiest ever since my days of martial arts competition. I hike for 45 minutes in the mountains every morning, no exception, and often do a second hike in the evening. Also, I live at the top of a hill, don't drive and my job isn't all that sedentary.

Other aspects: the only bothersome aspect is bouts of insomnia that send me in a foul mood. But other than that, good. No addictions, no chronic conditions, no stress, plenty of sex and laughter, and I tackled the seasonal affective disorder that had been ruining my winters for years.
