My dog has been losing blood internally and has had a few collapses recently. During the collapse she sort of went unconscious for a few seconds to a minute. She needs medical help costing a few thousand dollars. My parents say they can't afford it. Will you make a donation? It's Urgent If we end up not needing the money I will refund it back to you. It says it's the donate link for my website sociallypositive but it doesn't matter Click here to Donate Some money from enough individual people really can make a difference. This is really to keep an individual alive. Thank you so so so much <3 Last edited by roxyruby; 11-04-2010 at 11:27 AM. |

| Thanks Zach *HUG* my baby girl is the one who needs the hugs though. She really wants to be well again and come home. At the Vet she went straight to the door like she wanted to leave the Vet and go home. Then she had a seizure at the Vet and they had to put her on a table to make her breathe again. When she was ok again she groaned in annoyance and frustration lol. You could hear it in her voice, "Sighhh. I just want to go home why are we still here!" So in the moment. At least that it's good she forgot the seizure so fast and is so in the moment. She will be staying at the Vet overnight. And I don't think she'll have any of the Vets with her overnight so I hope she will be ok. I really really miss her and love her so much <3 Last edited by roxyruby; 11-04-2010 at 10:38 AM. |

Your donation link appears to be broken. I'm thinking good, healing thoughts for your girl. I encourage you to get in touch with a local animal welfare or animal rights or vegan group around you ; they are used to organizing fundraisers. My local vegans organize parties and bake sales very regularly here to raise money for vet bills or rescued pets placement. They know what it's like for a loved animal's life to be at stake and they will help you. |

Isn't it funny how people seem to think of putting their pet dog as putting them out of their pain. But they won't even be alive to experience their pain going away. It's not like going to sleep. Their consciousness will cease to exist. They will cease to exist. But maybe it is difficult for us to imagine non-existance which you can't imagine anyway because non-existance cannot involve imagination, perspective, thought, or consciousness. It's either the pain, life, and hope, or non-existance. |

RoxyRuby, I am so sorry to hear your girl died. I only just now (5 minutes ago) discovered your thread. I would have been happy to donate something. It's so sad. I know because I had a dog I loved lots who died a few years ago. I 've got a dog now who is like my little sis, so I know how we love them! Blessings for her soul. From me. |
