Point 7 (about the 20-20-20 & 10-15-10 eye exercises) I was somewhat regularly doing for nearly half a year and it was indeed helpful

I will try to adopt point 6 (the blinking habit) too~

Good read... Will try to put some of these steps into practice. Working on the PC for 12+ hours per day really stresses my eyes out.
