A little less serious thread perhaps but it can still turn out to have some discussions. I'll start with food: 1. Oatmeal with cocoa and honey, and milk as a drink. 2. Banana, cottage cheese and milkshake. 3. Chicken pieces mixed with curry, onions and lots of vegetables. I have a pretty big sweet tooth and I'm definitely not upset with it. There are some decent sweet sources out there. My favorite exercises: 1. Cable row - I absolutely love the feeling when you contract your traps during this exercise, especially when the load is really heavy. 2. Deadlift shrug - I love this because it's so damn tough and works your whole body pretty well. 3. Running football routes - I'm quick and love running when there's something to catch. Running without anything to catch is pretty boring. (4. Pull-ups - Because I just suck at them. I can barely do 5 full pull-ups, so that is why I'm dedicated to change it and love this exercise.) What do you love to eat and do for physical activity? |

I love almost any kind of fruit and nice green salads with lots of different stuff like olives and feta. I do wish I didn't love pizza so much As far as exercise, my favorite is the rowing machine. I'm totally addicted to it. I also like chin ups and Bulgarian split squats. I usually dread actually performing them, but enjoy the results! I also totally love yoga and nice, long walks! |

Banana and blueberry smoothie - yummy. Where do you get blueberries from all the time? We only have them at the end of the summer and even then they are very rare.

If I get them fresh they're about £3 for a SMALL box (the bags are about 5 times the size of the boxes)... I'm not sure how many months per year you can get them fresh, but they're too expensive for me to try that way.. and you can get them frozen year round. Plus if I bought them fresh I would only freeze them anyway cos smoothies are nicer that way! .... With frozen fruit/veg they freeze them right away so they actually keep more goodness than the fresh stuff by the time you buy it in the shop (so I'm told!).

Friday I tried reverse lunges with a barbell. I've never done those before but I think they will be a new favorite too. I like pizza with cheese, pizza with onions and black olives, pizza with ham and pineapple and my all time favorite is a pizza I make at home. Its a "white pizza", so no sauce, with caramelized onions, sweet potatoes, goat cheese and thyme. Really, really tasty! What about you??

We unfortunately don't even have those frozen versions. I'll have to stay with blackcurrant and redcurrant, which are not bad at all either.

Those are the ingredients I also love on pizza. However, it's like billions years ago when I had pizza the last time. I don't want to eat in a pizza restaurant and haven't cared enough to make it at home. It's about time I did some pizza again.

Salad of romaine, blueberries, carrot shreds, avocado, olive oil and Hawaiian sea salt. Really, it's the best combination ever. Squats bench dips, and straight-legged deads. I also love ecstatic dance, wind sprints, Pilates and the gentler varieties of yoga. |

My favorite exercise is mostly shadowboxing (martial arts, not like regular boxing), it feeds the imagination, builds speed, and gets my heart rate up. That and training with body weight, I still lift some weight but theres something natural and beautiful about using yourself as a training tool Foods... Anything with peanut butter. Thai Food. Indian Food. Greek yogurt with honey or coffee creamer. (24 grams of protein? yes pls) |

This thread makes me hungry! My favorite foods... -Thai panang curry with fried tofu, green beans, and red and green bell peppers. -Big, green salad with homemade dressing. Cucumbers, red onions, green peppers, sunflower seeds, carrots, strawberries... really, anything I have! -Baked ziti with tons of delicious red sauce and cheese. Garlic rolls dripping with olive oil and fresh garlic on the side, plz. -Egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich on toast. Doesn't get any better than that. Exercise... -Yoga! I've been doing it almost everyday. Sooo wonderful. -Zumba! Tried it for the first time last week, and I'm hooked. -Anything that involves running around outdoors. I used to play ultimate frisbee with my college buddies, and it was the best feeling in the world. |

| Food: 1. Blueberry-banana-spinach shake 2. Lentil sprouts 3. Orange juice with coconut milk Exercises: 1. Qigong (I love the way it fills me with energy and makes me feel like my body is made of a different substance) 2. Taijiquan (it's always cool to deflect a powerful punch in a state of total relaxation or to throw your opponent with a slight twist from the hips) 3. Home workout (push-ups with added weight, sit-ups, dumbbell exercises...) - I don't believe those add anything in terms of health but I want to look good, so... |
