Default Servings/Multivitamin?

1. I was curious on how many servings of fruit/protein/carbs/dairy (if at all) you consume daily.

I am experimenting with more fruits/veggies and less meat and dairy but I am still wary of it. I am not sure how to balance out the servings correctly.

Right now, I eat a lot of grapes, apples, pineapples, applesauce, lemons in water, watermelon. I eat brown and white rice. I will often eat yogurt and sometimes consume milk. I dont like veggies a whole lot but will eat sauteed zuccini, raw carrots, lettuce and pepper. For protein i will occassionally have chicken, turkey but rarely red meat. I like red and black beans and tomato sauce.

2. This leads me to my second question. What supplements are useful for general health? Multivitamin? Fish oil? Acai berry? What do you take?
