Is there a significant difference? I saw this on Twitter. Here I am on Twitter-- just 9 more people and I will have 13,000 followers. I remember Joelr was talking about whole grains when discussing complex carbs. Then he said that he was only saying 'whole grains' since they say it is healthier but he does not see much of a difference. He thinks that refined grains are just as good.
