Default Strange Rash on Sole of Foot?

So I have these tiny dots on the sole of my left foot and they ITCH. They're not red or any other colour. They just look like as if theres a hole under the skin and that hole is filled with liquid. I had this same problem last year and went to a few doctors. None of them could tell me what they were. It stopped after trying all kinds of creams and stuff. But now it's back. And being a teen, I'm still under my parent's care, which means yet more doctors.

Ignorant doctors, I might add. Does anyone have an idea on what this is? I couldn't remember the cream that worked, so I really don't want to try more creams.

For the moment, I have plastered the area so that I don't scratch, as the last time, I scratched until it spread all over both feet >.< Please help?

I would soak in sea salt and or epsom salt AND Aveeno. Also, I second the ACV. That stuff is great!

Sounds like something I get occasionally. Does this seem familiar?

Definitely not. The dots are under the skin and the skin is like normal. Theres no lumps or anything. At least, at this stage. Last time, it started like this and when it started spreading to my entire feet and palms, they formed bumps like goosebumps but closer together and randomly placed. Again, it started on the sole then spread more towards under and inbetween the toes.

The bumps were also not very obvious unless I press my skin so that they appear white while the unaffected areas look red. My skin did not dry up either. They peeled off rather, from the excessive scratching.

I remember that they itched so bad that I started crying once ._. I'm also wondering if it's my school shoes. If so, how do I clean my shoes properly? Soak in dettol?

I'll see if I can take a picture clear enough to see the dots when my parents and the camera comes home lol...

Internally.. take about a tablespoonful and mix with a glass of water a few times a day...
Externally use full strength on the affected area at least once a day change socks often.

I'll try all that. As for changing socks often, not possible. School socks are expensive, meaning, I only have 5 wearable pairs >.<

Change them every day and wash them on the weekend.

When you come home, change out of them right away and into other (clean) socks.

Then that's exactly what I do automatically. Though I don't re-wear socks lol.

Maybe take a look at the close-up picture of the hand again - the other pics actually don't look that much like what I get, but your description is extremely similar.

Unfortunately I don't have a full solution. I just pop the little blisters to release the fluid as soon as possible (which seems to speed the healing process and reduce itching), and then keep my feet moisturised but not enclosed in shoes as much as I can.

._. One of the doctors told me not to pop the dots though... Said the fluid is the one that's making it spread...

As for shoes, I have no choice. School rules are extremely strict. Unless I take off my shoes in class, but then my classmates will start complaining -.- (I have to wear shoes 8 hours every Mon to Fri...)

If that IS my problem, will I be getting it every year then? >.< I don't exactly remember when I got it last year...

EDIT: Hmm, weird. I didn't see the second pic of the hand. That looks quite similar. Though mine on my palms last year was less than that and not as obvious.

Did any of the doctors rule out scabies? If not, from what you are describing - severe itching on the soles of your feet, spreading to the palms of your hands and in between your toes - I would suggest going back to the doc to rule out skin mites.

These don't look like the scabies in wikipedia... And the doctors DID mention something like bed mites I think, can't remember. But yeah, the skin doesn't crust and peel off. More like I scratch until the skin, still living, is peeled off and raw flesh underneath.

My mum was supposed to help me with that potassium thing mentioned in the Dyshidrosis page today. -.- She fell asleep instead. I've kept the infected area plastered so I don't scratch and amazingly, it still works. It's been a week or so and it hasn't spread or anything. I do get itches and want to scratch at times, but with the plaster in the way, I sort of just rub the plaster and stamp my foot until it ebbs off ._. *goes back to pestering the mum*
