To the original question... Check Robb Wolf's site. He has quite a few recipes for breakfast and, obviously, he was the author of the post on Tim's site. I enjoy an omelet of shrimp, eggs, mushrooms, spinach, and whatever herbs I am craving. I don't do fruit but once a week but if you are trying to gain wait you can always add fried sweet potatoes and a fruit of your choice to the mix. Tons of options. Anything in the produce section is up for the man stomach! |

I only eat fruit for the first 3 hours of the day, unless I have a Hangover, then I eat eggs with lots of Mayonnaise ;-) In a book from Tony Robbins, I have read a big piece about how healthy it was not to eat anything else than fruits for the first hours of your day. I tried it, and now prepare a smoothie immediately when I get out of bed, and afterwards I eat some pieces of fruit when the hungry feeling comes back. Around noon, I will eat some bread instead or cereal. Let's live a little, Niels |
