I am anxiously awaiting my answer...I've been jogging/walking for 2-5 miles a day to exercise instead of my yoga practice but the muscle is still sore. I tried yoga yesterday and this morning my left inner thigh was all bound up again!

Lakshyayidhi -- While you are waiting, it sounds like you are describing knotted up adductor musculature -- my guess would be adductor magnus.

Just discovered this...

I don't have a question for now..just wanted to say it's a great idea! I read some of the answers and they're very informative.
Good luck with this!

Maybe I'll come back with a pilates question...

Great Tanja. He'll probably have more time over the weekend rather than week evenings. Though Lakshyayidhi Lakshmihi seemed quite eager so i asked if he could take a look yesterday evening , as his answer is lengthy it's the only one he did yesterday.

But more articles will come along soon. I'll keep posting links

Hi I would love some advice please if it's still available?

I have already been to a physiotherapist about this one and they couldnt seem to help me or find the cause

I have a problem with my right hip .. it hurts when I do stretches and seems to be getting slightly worse .. it can be quite stiff .. I love to dance but its starting to cause me problems as I cant stretch my legs out properly!

I try to keep it stretched and supple but it seems to hurt more when I do this

I also suffer from cramps in my feet which are agonising .. feels like my feet are bending in the wrong direction and my toes do this wierd thing where they literally move on top pf each other! I have to strain hard to stop them doing it and sometimes have to physically pull them back to their normal position with my hands

The foot problem seems to come on more after I have done stretches for my hip

Admitedly it has gotten worse since my last trip to the physio I just spent several sessions there and didnt gain much really and struggle to find time to go

Could you offer me any advice please? Would be muchly appreciated

Weena, I have a question for whenever Phil can get around to it.

I am wondering about exercises to reduce or alleviate mild jaw pain just on one side of the jaw. No history of the issue. I thought maybe it just needed to pop, but the movements to fulfill that made it worse so I've focused instead on taking it easy. If there are exercises that would help get it sorted I'd appreciate hearing about them!

Also curious to hear about any simple stretching/strength exercises a person can do while sitting. (Or even driving.) I think with all the people working in an office, I wouldn't be the only one to benefit from that.

Awesome. I have a question as well:

I've had pain in my right wrist on and off for... probably years, now. I have an inkling it's from using the mouse on the computer. It tends to flare up and then I won't feel anything for months, but I think it is getting worse.

What is the best way to relieve this pain? Will strengthening exercises help, and if so, which are the best ones?
