I was looking at your plan and the resting period seems a bit long... 4-7 days? Only 1 set? Seems to be the slow boat to china...

Is there a fast boat? Not including steriods. What are the proven methods? What would you recommend? Who should I believe? Arnold? Metzner? Coleman? Skinnyguy.net? Bodybuilding.com? There are 1 million pieces(exactly ) of conflicting advice in this area.

I'm not saying that my chosen method is the best way, or even that it works. Results will answer these questions for us over time.

If I don't like the results by 3 months...which is soon.... then I'll change the plan, but keep the goal.

Thanks for checking out the site.

@Jon: Yes Lisa is hot, and she is getting married soon to the tattoo'd brute named Graeme on the site. She was flattered by her first fan mail though And just quietly, she has more page views than me..... looks like her page might have to "have a little accident" for next months stats.

First let me state I am by no means a health guru...

Like you said there are a million conflicting pieces of info and it is hard to sift through it all, especially if you are starting from scratch. What you are doing sounds great for someone that is already physically optimal (hardbody) and wants to push pass a plateau. If you are looking to develop a hardbody IMO you'll want a longer work out with more reps.

For someone that wants to lose weight and get buff I personally recommend the "Body-for-Life" regimen. If you want an "outline" of this PM me with your email and I'll send you some stuff. Your diet already seems to match up.
