Default vegetarian diet resources

I would like to start eating all vegetarian.

The problem i am having is knowing what the buy and keep around.

I am wondering if anyone knows of good resources for vegetarian recipes that are low cost and easy to make.

I really like indian food, so things of that nature would be ever better!

Default Goveg.com

If you use the goveg.com website you will find every resource necessary for a vegetarian diet. This includes ethnic cuisine. Good luck!

The free ebook (PDF) over at http://veggie123.com/ is awesome! It's like 204 pages and covers everything from history, how-to's, eating out, meal planning at home, and a lot more. I'm still reading it since the book is so huge. I can't believe they give it away for free!
