I've been doing this for about 14-15 days now and I get my REM durin most naps but the microsleep/micronaps are startin to really annoy me.. I have no idea what to do at this point.. since this is my first time attempting this schedule I'm not sure if what I'm doing is what usually happens and is part of the adjusting phase or if I'm just 1 of the people that failed pretty early with this.. I got past the oversleeping part but theres a period where I just dont remember anything that happens.. so because of this I started using Time Management, Productivity, & Project Tracking Software (Mac/PC) | RescueTime which tracks my computer activity.. it works alright.. I didn't know if I was actually sleeping or if my computer was idle so i setup timelapsed pictures of myself through my webcam every 3 minutes and I can clearly see im passed out.. So my biggest problem it seems to be the microsleep/micronaps.. which used to be 2 hours long but now seem to be only 1 hour long..How do I get through this? I'm sleeping in my chair at all times.. drinking enough water and trying to get in about 4-5 meals (at least 3 full meals and 1 or 2 snacks).. I don't know what else to do at this point My sleep log is My Uberman Sleep Log which has pretty much every nap documented.. hopefully someone can help me out because I really do love this sleep schedule its just the micronaps that are giving me problems |
