It is easy to pick one and you have a 50% chance of being right. But can you give an example? I mean by weight or more specifically the one that is more protein dense. Or pound to pound.

By calorie, meat and fish DO have more protein than nuts and seeds (which are mainly fat). But greens, on the other hand, have way more protein than meat by weight.

| Oh yeah? you sure about that? Which greens are you referring to? A lb of chicken has about 133 grams of protein. How much does lettuce have in a lb? 7 grams.

Nuts and seeds are pretty close, but it all depends on which ones you are talking about.

The beans are 40gr protein, 22gr fat. The veal is 36gr protein, 6gr fat. Lean meat is 30gr protein, 5gr fat. Fish is 30gr protein, 1gr fat. Egg whites are probably 30gr protein, 0gr fat. In that sense fish and egg whites is the most "pure protein" food. This is helpful if you want high protein without high fat. Or if you want fat from a different source.
