Default interesting..

thing that as happened to me recently is the abrupt ending of my cravings -

I have had a lot of recent changes in my life both internally and in my world around me

interestingly enough I have now seen a change in my cravings and appetite

now I eat when my stomache says feed me-which I find is not too often now
and certainly not as much as I used to eat

anybody have anything to offer on their experiences ?

Whenever I tell myself "No no, NO CHOCOLATES for you, no chips or soda either", I crave it all WAY more than I would initially. So I kinda binge eat after that. I have no self control!!

ahh self-control -such a fallacy

tried that route -didn't work

what did work was viewing my life from the inside out instead of the outside in -if that makes any sense ?

not quite like an attitude change but more of a change in my view finder ?

who knows I am sleepy and horny and may be just talking nonsense

Inside out ... I don't know, I'm not able to think. Brain fog.

let me see if I can explain better -I have coffee now and well took care of that other problem

so if I cannot explain the view -finder maybe I can just say that being submissive to my cravings was like looking through a fog

and now I see more clearly and I know that although I do enjoy the tastes of certain foods I know I do not need that flavor in my mouth- (no jokes people )

for my life to spicy or sweet

If my body is hungry for something, like cheese or a Sprite, I just go get it. I prefer Sprite over other drinks because I like to conserve on caffeine for some reason and I like the lemonish taste of it. ^.^

I have never attempted to restrain my diet. I usually INTEND to eat healthier, and it happens. My body craves more healthy fruits and stuff...

Meat doesn't really appeal to me anymore. Cheese does. Maybe a vegetarian lifestyle would do...

Those are hypnotic commands to each chocolate, chips and soda.

When I say "Don't think of a pink elephant," what comes to mind?

Tell yourself what you want instead. "I want to be healthy, so I choose to eat [chosen healthy food]."

That's what happened to me when I first started changing my diet. I didn't care for meat at all, but CHEESE? ZOMG--I had *so* many cravings. So I just started vegetarian, no biggie, and now I'm raw
