Default My Currently Lifestyle Plan

I don't like to call them diets so this is my "Lifestyle Plan".
Age: 23
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 140

What I'm eating...

-Oatmeal(low sugar) - I mix in some whey protein in the mornings before my workouts.

-Salads; w/ chicken or steak, Greens (not so much iceberg), shredded carrots, cucumbers, diced tomatoes.

-Quesadillas; cheese, eggbeaters, spinach, whole wheat tortillas.

-Wraps; mostly turkey, whole wheat tortillas, spinach, other greens, cheese

-Cottage Cheese - great late night snack

-Sandwiches - Toasted whole wheat bread, lunch meat, cheese, greens

What I'm drinking...

-Green Tea - lots of this

-Black Tea - I like all kinds of tea

-Diet Sodas

-Lots of water

What I'm doing...
-I go to the gym averagely 3 times a week.

-I walk when the weather is nice.


Feel free to submit your own. Of course I don't eat these exact things every day but this makes up my majority and I believe as long as you eat healthy 90% of the time you're allowed that 10% of being bad.
