I started running regularly every morning before breakfast and I still kinda suck at it. But now I feel hesitant to continue this habit because lately I have been feeling my heart-beat pump hard in my ear and head when I start jogging (Even before I get tired!). Is it nothing to worry about? Can I just keep on running when it starts? Thanks in advance |
