I asked this question last March and decided to find out for myself. I stopped wearing my glasses, except for driving. It was a major change to live as a nearsighted person without the glasses I was accustomed to. I wrote a few articles on my blog about what I experienced and did some analysis of the different arguments for and against natural vision improvement. I am happy to say that yesterday, my annual vision exam revealed that my vision actually improved for the first time since I began wearing glasses. It had always gotten worse each year. And this time it reversed, after five months living virtually without glasses. This is exciting stuff! I just wanted to share this in case any of the millions of glasses wearers out there have thought about trying natural vision improvement, but were unsure if it is worth the effort. I'm actually getting results. Hey, I'm as surprised as anyone! I go into a lot more detail on my blog. If this is something you want to try, please try it and don't give up! |

Secrets of Regaining Your Vision Naturally program yeah, he's selling something, but you can still learn a lot from just reading the article. Makes sense tho. If you are in the gym and working out your arms, and they are weak, it's not gonna make them stronger if you start using lighter weights to make it easier on yourself. It's supposed to be common sense, but you know people. They want things as easy and as fast as possible | |

Well it makes sense. Glasses won't improve your natural vision, they simply allow you to see better right now. I've never considered trying to improve my vision without aid (just never thought about it much). I hate blurry faces, and like to see traffic signs, so I've been wearing my contact lenses all these years. Thanks for bringing up the subject though. It's definitely worth researching further. |

Thanks for the share, I read the whole thing....from day 1 to the last blog post you made. I'm actually going to try some programs related to that, but thanks for reminding me about all of that. IMO, glasses are cool, but there's something about natural vision which makes the whole world worth living for. |

I appreciate the feedback everyone! A friend of mine gave me his copy of the now-defunct program called The See Clearly Method. (They were shut down by the FTC.) I haven't even looked at it. Maybe a good program could help your progress, but it's good to know that you don't need to buy one if you don't want to. One book I have read that has been helpful is The Secret to Perfect Vision by David DeAngelis. |
