Glen Farm is on a distinguished road
Default Anyone tried core exercises on Swiss/Fit balls?

If so what were your results? I.e good for stabilising muscles. Did you incorporate them into doing weight exercises on? Did they assist in injury recovery? General comments?
Thanks
Glen
