Default 30-day trial: 3 h/d walking

For the next 30 days I am going to walk for three hours each day. My goal is not to lose weight. What I'm really interested in is how this will affect my sleep, mood, energy, appetite, etc.

I'm not feeling very wordy tonight, so that's it.

Good luck Jared. Walking is wonderful! You have a lot to look forward to regardless of whether you hit 3 hours each and every day or not.

Day 1: Success

I really liked this. I walked for an hour and then walked for a two-hour period later on. I enjoyed having the time to listen to some lectures, since that's not something I normally make the time to do.

I might join you except it needs to be outside for me (i don't have the 'problem' of it being hot ), what do you reckon about 9-10 miles?
