For the next 30 days I am going to walk for three hours each day. My goal is not to lose weight. What I'm really interested in is how this will affect my sleep, mood, energy, appetite, etc. I'm not feeling very wordy tonight, so that's it. |

Thank you Mabel. Day 1: Success I really liked this. I walked for an hour and then walked for a two-hour period later on. I enjoyed having the time to listen to some lectures, since that's not something I normally make the time to do. |
