Now its 6 am... I just rised up from my bed. I didnīt sleep I tried to sleep more less at 1 am. I study almost all day with breaks at my computer and eating with my family. I canīt understand how can I couldnīt slept the entire night? I have always had sleeping problems, but I thought I was getting better, I donīt know where my problem lies, whats the way to get it over once and for all. I do silva method, I think this meditation method has helped me in different ways , but maybe not for sleeping. Sometimes I even feel left by the hand of god when I cant sleep, Its stupid but when you tried like 6 hours to get Any suggestions? |

My guess is you`re too busy thinking and not moving. You have a habit of thinking while sleeping. Thoughts are racing in your mind. The curse of being a smart guy, heh. You sleep to rest, if you don`t need to rest, you don`t need that much sleep. You just gotta move. Nothing demands more sleep than a beat-up body.

Exercise can help with sleep, but Edgar Cayce usually recommended the Radial Appliance to bring "rest to the weary". Here's a quote from Cayce: 21.
