Default 'Real Food'

I have an interesting idea for nuke-a-meals (TV dinners) that I am suprised that nobody has capitalized on yet. Right now, there are two different 'styles' of microwave meals- conventional and organic. The conventional meals are further divided into 'Hungry Dude' and 'Lite' categories. The 'Hungry Dude' meals ofttimes top the scales at more than a thousand calories, and are usually loded with enough trans-fats and other non-food substances to choke an adult bull moose. The 'Lite' meals OTOH, while they are lower in trans-fats, the portions are so small as to be more along the lines of a snack than a meal. The afforementioned moose probably wouldn't choke on it, but he would still be hungry afterwards. There is some middle-ground between the 'mini' and 'supersize' meals, but they are usually just smaller portions of the 'Lumberjack' meals- ie trans-fats, white bread, -enough to choke a juvinile moose.

Meanwhile, there are now some organic microwave meals available. Unfortunately, most of the ones that I have come across are among the 'Lite' variety with less than 300 calories. To me this is less than a meal by itself, as I am usually still hungry afterwards. Perhaps if I were on a 1000 calorie/day starvation diet it might suffice, but I actually have to work (as in do physical labor), so I need to keep my energy levels up. I don't need a 'Lumberjack' sized meal, I just need a 'normal working guy' sized meal (say 5-600 calories), one that preferably has actual 'real' food. By 'real' food, I mean whole grains, free-range/ grass-fed meats (So sue me, I'm an Omnivore), organic veggies, a normal amount of sea-salt/spices, and a nice dose of Omega-3 fats. I would say that there are enough health-conscious people out there, that if somebody were to market 'real food' frozen meals, they would probably make a decent amount of coin.

Don't get me wrong, I do know my way around a kitchen and have been known to actually cook decent meals of real food. However, I do not always have the time to do so, especially on days that I am actually working. It would be nice to have the option of having a few cartons of 'real food' stuck in the back of the freezer for just such an emergency. I have been known to keep cartons of leftovers back there, but I often forget to replenish my 'stash' when it gets low.
