One thing I'm not liking about exercise...
I don't want to get ahead of myself and say I've turned exercise and decent eating into a habit, but I have been consistent with exercise over the last..month or so.
But damn, I can't stand that it's making me horny all the damn time. I don't have anyone to take it out on, so it does me no good to be horny.
Maybe this is the real reason people don't exercise more often
I gotta figure out that Sex transmutation thing the guy in Think and Grow Rich was talking about...
So, any advice?

First if you are 18, then it will get milder as you get older. But you can do what people label as spiritual to re-direct that energy like doing yoga and meditation. See the reason that you are alive is to learn to find enjoyment in the soul that never dies instead of the body.
You have an animal body just like a dog or cat. But you also have a soul that these animals do not have. See this site for more on this and being truly happy. Sense pleasures do not make you happy. You have to keep doing them over and over and over and over and over and you never feel satisfaction or contentment.
So many people are fat since they eat and eat and never feel content. If you try to find happiness in the physical world you end up getting more frustrated. Peace does not lie there. It is inside you. As far as not having anyone to take it out on, you can take out on your self and be really good at baiting hooks for fishing. You can become a master baiter.
