| They used to work when they had Ephedra in them. Once ephedra was banned, NO diet pills work anymore. It's all just great marketing to people who are desperate to find magic in a pill. Here's my simple rule of thumb... Drop all the processed junk and eat whole foods. If it doesn't walk on, or grow from the ground (or the sea), don't eat it. About 90% of everything in a package, bottle, box or can is nothing but trash, unless it's frozen veggies, herbal tea, almond milk, whole unprocessed/uncooked grains, or beans. (i'm sure there are a few other examples that I missed, but you get the point) |

| It's a bunch of rubbish and what I don't like about it foremost is how it is sold, the idea behind it. I remember getting to know a Herba life supplier and it's all about the money piramid. Absolutely afwul. And they explained it as a money gaining event and of course they also said it was SUCH a wonderful product and yadda yadda. It actually has a really scary mind washing aspect to it for new members... My experience has not been positive and all the people I know who've tried it (5+) have also all stopped using the stuff and a)found something better or b) tried another diet system or c) stuck to a 'normal' healthy lifestyle instead of mucking around with powders and what not which cost you tons. To me, it doesn't work for a diet. I think it's absolute bogus. My partner would fervently agree. Honestly.... stick to a healthy diet and work outs anyday! No offence but it's a rip off. (Thinking about it even now still gets me a bit wound up Last edited by bellbird : 03-09-2007 at 02:14 AM. |
