Stopped drinking coffee years ago in the regular sense and drink a latte rarely when out with a friend. I have replaced drinking coffee with drinking a chicorei drink at work, that is somewhat similar in taste but does not have the caffeine jolt I don't need. I'm happy to say that I can do without coffee and feel better for it |

I've attempted to stop numerous times after reading this -- http://www.relfe.com/caffeine.html And then I read the book referenced in the article. After stopping several times for 2-3 weeks each time, I've decided I really enjoy a few cups of coffee at work every day. Dave |
