I could have told you that but I guess it hold more credit coming from the University of Bristol. I drink coffee because I enjoy the taste and I find it helps me deal with stress, but I can go days or weeks with out it.

Everybody deserves one addiction.

A pot of coffee in the morning is mine.

4-5 cups per day is moderate?! Sheeeeeet... I mean, I know some people drink a lot more, but that's still a lot of caffeine...

I think it's true. I've quit coffee. I know I can quit it and be fine. But, I enjoy one cup a day and it just doesn't seem like that big of a deal in the long run.

I drink Cranberry Juice in lieu of coffee in the morning, it's much better in my opinion. I also like CranApple. So if you're looking for a good alternative to coffee, definantly try out some Cranberry Juice.

Default Coffee replacement

Stopped drinking coffee years ago in the regular sense and drink a latte rarely when out with a friend. I have replaced drinking coffee with drinking a chicorei drink at work, that is somewhat similar in taste but does not have the caffeine jolt I don't need. I'm happy to say that I can do without coffee and feel better for it (no jitters)

I've attempted to stop numerous times after reading this -- http://www.relfe.com/caffeine.html

And then I read the book referenced in the article.

After stopping several times for 2-3 weeks each time, I've decided I really enjoy a few cups of coffee at work every day.
