Animals do not have a "Raw Food Movement" because they did not come off their path in the contrary to us, humans. But is it really necessary for us to create a "movement" out of our natural behaviours/lifestyle, which includes eating foods that are uncooked? While it is understandable to me why every step that we make on our way back (really forward) to Mother Nature becomes a "movement", it does make me chuckle a little. Please share your thoughts. |

If you want good wine, first you must clean out the vessel, then when you put in the new grapes in you will get great wine. This is for a good reason, most people that eat from the world have collected a lot of mucoid plaque in the intestines and it needs to be removed first. This is so when you start eating the live foods you will be able to receive the nutrients from the live foods. The best of luck on "the raw movement" |

What is your question? I do not understand what you are asking. After Beethoven got up from the piano bench, there was his 4th movement lying there. 4th movement-- (4.Allegro ma non troppo, 2/4).

If im understanding you right you have an issue with the use of the word "movement" to describe large numbers of people making a decission to behave in a certain way. I find that odd because every other word you use to describe it are words that denote "movement. Words like "path" and "steps" implying "steps forward". We could call it a change in behavior, which could imply a "shift" in behavior, yet another word that denotes "movement". So, if you think about it, it is very understandable why such alterations in the social behaviors and attitudes are called "movements". Our language naturaly expresses change as motion from one position or state to another. Quote:

Eating less processed junk is definitely a good move. How far "back" you want to take it really depends. Mother nature and human advancement both have their positive aspects. They also have their perils. Pick and choose the good parts. But moreover, pick a healthy diet you can stick to and that improves your quality of life.
