You reminded me of something. I did actually fast once but not by choice. I had my jaw broken and wired shut for 6 weeks. I went from 105lbs to about 80lbs and then when the wires came off, up to about 135lbs |

Guess what? I had pain in my left knee for last couple of days. When it got worse, I went to see a doc. She said that I am losing the fluid that lubricates the knee. She gave me some vitamins and said to check with her again. I am trying to figure out how I manifested that one. |

Last year I was doing the P90X exercise program and I "tweaked" my right knee. It was really hurting especially when going up the stairs. But because I hate going to doctors I just did some stretches and took it easy. However, it wasn't really helping. The next day I was out for lunch with a friend of mine who is a Chiropractor and as we were leaving, he saw that I was limping slightly on one knee. He took me up to his office and did a tiny adjustment on my NECK. I left and my knee wasn't hurting at all anymore. He also taught me a few stretches I can do on the knee, but it was so weird that it was problem in my neck, not my knee. It was such a weird experience. I wrote about it on my Blog here if you want more details: How I Fixed My Knee | ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.com |

Interesting you mention that cuz I always have to crack certain joints on a daily basis or else I begin feeling stiff and can even feel pain after a while, i crack my back, my neck, knees, ankles, sometimes shoulder, fingers, wrists, toes and I'm all good. Throw stretching and movement into the mix and i'm all good, nice n limber. I don't do the cracking for preventative reasons, i do it because it feels damn good My back makes the loudest most sickening cracks when i havent done it for a while, it feels so good I guess the body doesnt like stiffening up Anytime I feel distress in any part of my body, movement of some kind always does the trick, especially movements that are unfamiliar and stretch things in strange ways, exceptions being massive over eating in which case not eating does the trick =P One thing I love doing is hanging by my hands completely limp from a high bar or tree branch, the stretch feels damn good |
