I am reading the "Warrior Diet" book by Uri ?. The diet makes sense, and when I unintentionally have eaten like this, I have noticed the difference from the normal way I eat. Does anyone follow this eating routine and if so how do you like it? What supplements do you take? Thanks.

Is that the one where you kill your enemy and then eat his still beating heart?

It works for me and my girlfriend. Though sometimes I eat lunch if I feel like it. The more efficient your digestion and assimilation are the better it will work. I plan to do a liver/gallbladder flush in the coming months and I imagine it'll work even better for me after that. For most of human history people didn't have the luxury of eating 3+ times a day. Too me it's just excessive and unnecessary. It's annoying having to stop and eat all the time. Many of my most fun times in life I simply forgot about food entirely. |

I'm on the diet for about 2 weeks. I eat very little until 5pm. I can say it really boosts your energy level in the day time. When you're hungry you can work all day. Your brain works because it wants food. So you can do anything you want to do easily because the brain thinks it will get food from it. As for other things: I'm bodybuilding. I didn't lose any weight yet and I didn't lose muscles. I want to gain muscles and lose fat. If it can be accomplished with Warriors Diet it will be perfect.
