Default What is a good workout program for building lean mass?

I want to lower BF% but also hopefully increase my muscle mass. Is there a good weight lifting program you can recommend?


Currently I am using this one (The last and only program: you'll ever need to get lean no need to search—detailed here is the last program you'll need to get a rock-hard body! - page 2 | Muscle & Fitness)

However I tweaked it so that I am doing only 8-10 repetitions for each set.
